The past year has been all about fulfilment, branded gift packs that could be sent to those still working from home. Recently, we completed a project for NEOS Networks; a completely bespoke gift set that was sent out to individual home addresses. It was an exciting project to work on because the client wanted to make sure that every element was bespoke and on brand, including the packaging itself.
Our sales team and graphic design designer worked alongside the client to create a bespoke box that was branded full colour to every side. The branded gift box included a mug, metal bottle, Resistance band in a cotton pouch, Pen, Lanyard, and a notebook. The metal bottles were all pantone matched to the client’s specification and engraved with a logo and personalised name, a really special gift for anyone working from home. The client chose to use all three of their brand colours for the mugs and notebooks to add some variety to each of the gift boxes, this added an even more custom element to the project, as we mixed and matched the notebooks with the mugs within the boxes. Also included in the box was a Full colour, pantone matched Lanyard and an engraved pen, both essential for returning to the office. Finally, a resistance band in branded cotton pouch, this was sent alongside an A4 instruction sheet provided by the client, something quite unique to help motivate anyone working from home.
We have an onsite graphic design department who were able to design each element of the gift box to a high standard, so it was really exciting to see the client take full advantage and completely customise their branded gifts.
For this project the client wanted us to handle all the fulfilment, we planned everything in advance to make sure that the boxes all arrived on time, particularly important as the gifts were sent out as part of a large rebrand for the organisation. Every box was sent out tracked and we monitored the delivery from start to finish to ensure that nobody was missed.
